No. FistPump has no account or sign-in. Workout data stays in the app's private storage unless you explicitly export it.

If Settings shows Data Recovery, open it to retry an interrupted import. After a completed migration, Migration Support may instead offer diagnostic sharing. If neither option is shown and your history is missing, email support before deleting the app.
Settings → Export Backup sends a native backup through the iPhone share sheet. Store it somewhere private that you control. Normal iPhone backups may also include app data according to your Apple settings.
Yes. Settings → Export Workout History gives you a CSV copy of your history. The destination you choose controls its copy after sharing.
Edit or remove records in the app. Removing FistPump ordinarily removes its private local container, but it cannot remove copies you exported to another destination.
